Was impressed with their attempt to treat my Dog on a cancellation list do to them being fully booked at the time. They duly kept to their promise and got my dog to see the vet ASAP. My dog has now fully recovered and back to his normal lively self. Thank you

Really need to invest in their staff. Took my cat for a simple examination (conjunctivitis) and waited over an hour to be seen. It was explained to me after 40 mins that an emergency had come in and so I was happy to wait. The examination took 5 mins and prescribed eye cream. I then had to wait another hour to get the prescription. What really took the mic though was when the receptionist rang to say I had left without paying despite me being the only one in the waiting room and watching her on the phone. Was not a pleasant visit and hopefully a one off experience!!

The amount of added stress this veterinary practise have put us through is disgusting. From having to constantly chase claims, chasing medication we are owed, chasing referrals which havent been sent, waiting for over an hour in reception for a standard appointment which has been booked in advance (this has happened on more than one occasion with both our cat & dog), weve been given wrong medication in the past, one instant we where told by one vet that the ulcer on our dogs eye had gone then the next day rushed back up to be told the eye ulcer was worst and he needed to be rushed into surgery. The majority of the reception staff are rude , unhelpful , unprofessional & have no compassion. On one occasion hearing the reception staff shouting rude remarks about another customer who was upset about the treatment of their animal. Feedback was provided to the practise upon their request but never acknowledged. The only positive was one vet who appears to no longer at the practise. Wouldnt recommend to anyone who loves their pets.
