Research Garage Alfa Romeo/Jeep

Poor customer service experience, booking a test drive was nigh on impossible after being passed around different sales staff, all of whom claimed to be too busy. A shame, as I loved my Alfa 147 but this garage totally put me and my wife off.

Bought a car here today with my son, the service from start to finish was first class. Everything was exactly as agreed, Saber their Sales Manager was a real pleasure to do buisness with. Although we live 120 miles away, when I buy my next Alfa Romeo (Tonale Hybrid) it will be from here, they were that good.

Massive thanks to Dillon for his outstanding service yet again. Kept us informed every step of the way during our purchase. The car is fantastic and very well prepared. He even sent us pics of the car going through its preparation. We have bought several cars from Dillon and may it continue. Always follows up after delivery to make sure we are happy. Always feels like you are a part of the family. 10 out of 10.

Dilan could not be more helpful and knowledgeable at pre-sales stage. Even offering to take the car back to repair a creak noise in the door. However, he was keen on selling any warrenty outside of the 1 year warrenty that came with the car. We joked about Alfa's being unreliable etc. Four months later the headlight went wrong and now wont pass the next MOT. No effort is made to help and the 1 year warrenty does not cover it: "Travis Thank you for your email and I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your headlamp I have attached the policy booklet (you should already have received this from us) All warranty polices will have exclusions /T&Cs Have you spoken to a dealer close to home or called the warranty help line.
