I bought a car with them 1 month warranty. After I found the issue in the car and went there within 1 month they told me warranty not included in such things ....I am so helpless ...not recommended

Went to view a 2012 Red Ford Focus Titanium X. Saw the car listed for sale across several websites, so I rang to check it was still there so I could make the 300 mile round trip it would take me to get there in order to view it. Firstly they didn't seem to know where the car was, they thought it was at their sister site, then realised it was at theirs and confirmed it was there and I could view it. Secondly after being told it was there, I made the trip only to find a completely different car, a 2012 Ford Focus ZETEC. Not the car I rang up and spoke to them about. The one I spoke about had roof rails on it, which was obviously missing. Turns out the car I went to view had been sold at least a month prior! The guy I met was lovely and was incredibly sorry about everything, but the long and short of it is; they don't seem to update the sites that they sell on when their cars are sold. They also don't seem to properly check when you enquire about a car either, it would have been so obvious if the man I spoke to actually went and checked the car before confirming with me it was there. He had the picture and the sales advert, even I knew immediately when I saw it that it wasn't the right car. All in all, a lot of time and fuel/money wasted for what could have been a simple check. Seriously disappointed, and won't be coming here again as I don't trust them not to waste my time again.

Put my car in for a repair and retest on Friday 10th March booked in 1pm I took the afternoon off work unpaid, got there 12.30 and got taxi home waiti g for call. I phone them at 4.45pm only to be told they did not have time to do it. Would do it Saturday morning and I have to take it back Sunday morning at 10am for retest. Got there 9.45 sunday the guy turned up at 10.30am to do retest he was told his test was 10.30. My bill was more than their quote . All my plans was thrown out off the for weekend poor customer service , I have asked 3 times for someone to phone me and no one as. I think it's a case of well we got his money.first time i have used and will be the last, I have waited a week before writing this to give them a chance to contact me.

Had never heard of Graylands before I came across an ad on auto trader but I'm so glad I did. Robert could not of been more friendly and helpful. I was kept updated along the way with regards to MOT, service, delivery etc. After a car accident write off my current car, they had me back on the road in less than a week with new (used) car that was in such an amazing condition inside and out. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a car and if needed would definitely use again. Thank you so much Robert and all the staff.

Do not purchase a car from this company . Got a bmw 1 series from here 9 months ago and oh what a surprise the gear box has gone on it. Came with the wrong tyres on it when it was an m sport and not to mention the break pads and disks went in a short space of time. Waste of 3500.
