        Hi, Everyone, please do not use this company and their service. it is a waste of time and money. I place an order of Personal Alcohol licence online, Then an exam is arranged for me. They only send you an exam link 10mins before the exam. In order to open the link, you gonna to install many cookies and services, It is impossible to complete all the installations within such a 10 mins time limit. I spent the whole day to wait for the exam, I even could not log in their exam system. Then I still been charged of 120 pounds. So I rang the office to ask for the refund, they staff sent me an email that they refused to refund to me. They only can arrange an extra exam for me, but I spent the whole day to wait and take the exam, I even did not get into the exam system successfully, it is a completely waste of time and money. It is not worth it. I did not receive the serviceI need. Anyway, I had a very terrible experience. They refuse to give me a refund. Never use this company or any service from this company again! Not recommended at all!
