        Had an excellent tour of the house with a very knowledgeable guide who made the tour very interesting. Good hot chocolate and cream tea in the cafe.

        Open on bank holidays. Fabulous gardens, tranquil with arboretum quality trees overlooking lake. The house is linked to so much history. With tea and lovely selection of cakes to complete. Well worth visiting. Garden flat with gravel paths for easy access.
