would rate it higher if it'd let me! Fantastic staff, very friendly and extremely helpful, non stressful experience. I hired a power tool but was not aware of the 110V transformer requirement, the staff were understanding, explained well and even allowed me to borrow along with the tool, to help me get my job done, unlike their competitors. . When I feared there was an issue with the tool or transformer they came out with replacements within the hour at no charge and checked everything over and advised accordingly. Very lenient, I returned my item a day late due to unable to get there and they were very understanding and didn't charge me extra. Brilliant store, will use these for all my tool hiring needs, and selection is vast they'll have anything you need! highly recommend to anyone. Best value for hires on the market, 10 out 10. Brilliant!!

Great experience using the Nuneaton depot the staff were very knowledgeable and couldnt do enough for me. Would definitely recommend them.

Rented (for a week) a petrol power washer (Light duty) and Roto Jet patio cleaner with water butt. Neil (the manager) was super friendly and helpful on the phone and in person when I turned up last week to collect, helping me load and unload. Good, friendly team of lads (Plantool staff) working there when I dropped off this morning; will most definitely use again and will come back to this outlet again as this will now be an annual job. Great customer service, good value, convenient, couldn't fault anything! Thanks Plantool Nuneaton Team for being top draw! Cheers!
