        Very poor service! Well in advance I booked 3 taxis in Coventry via the Direct Taxis app for my wedding guests, only to be called 10 minutes before the first one was due to be told that they dont work in Coventry and will not arrive!!! Even though the app confirmed my booking. This made the guests late for my wedding. Very unprofessional. If the app doesnt work properly, either delete it or fix it.
