        Answered straight away and pre booked my taxi. Arrived on time, and good value. Will 100% use these from now on.

        Phoned twice Sunday no reply, filled in website request as per telephone message advised requesting a taxi Monday morning, giving all details and requesting confirmation, received nothing so had to go with another firm. Terrible customer service and thank goodness I never assumed they would arrive as per online form or would have missed holiday connection.

        Booked a taxi for my 83 year old dad for 5pm from George Eliot hospital. Received a call at 3pm advising they couldn't complete the collection due to some excuse. Left an 83 year old man stranded. Disgraceful service
