        Always late (up to 30 min)even when you prebook. Cant rely on them to be on time. Dont use if you have a train to catch or be at work on time. Unhelpful office staff.

        Absolutely appalled by the service, taxi booked via app, journey was completed by driver without us entering the taxi. We're then told by MI that it wasn't there problem as the drivers are self employed and would have to pay for another taxi. Complete fraud merchants. Absolute worst customer service ever experienced. Company's are only interested in selling radios to drivers, don't care about customers, rip off merchants
