Staff look like they could use some of their holiday entitlement to cheer them poor souls up.... What happens if an employer refuses to pay holiday pay? Unpaid holiday You must make a claim within three months of the date your employment ended. If your employer refuses to pay you holiday pay, you can ask an employment tribunal to enforce your rights. You may be able to make a claim for all your unpaid holiday pay, even if it goes back for more than a year.

Carvery..poor food, peas doing back stroke in water, meat barely recognisable as beef, staff ok but seemed to be laughing at our expense as we had never been before so weren't sure where things were etc. Atmosphere...pretty bad as had large table swearing loudly at there kids.. We were in and out in less than 30mins....hence to say we won't be rushing back....lol
