Carl was really helpful and got us moved here quickly. Ive been here 5 months and love it. The emails from support are a bit slow however. Cant recommend them enough

After reading some reviews online about H2L I wasn't sure what to expect but I can say with confidence that I've not got a bad thing to say about Carl and the team. Any issue that comes up I know I can call Carl directly and have a plan in place to resolve it there and then which is rare when it comes to letting agents/landlords. When moving in we had some issues with the house that needed to be fixed. Carl gave me his word that they would be fixed by a certain time of the year and he kept his word and even helped remove some rubbish in his own time which would never happen at the mainstream letting agents.

Carl is absolutely amazing and the properties are finished in such a high standard. Carl made me feel so at ease and just gave me the hope I'd been looking for that the company treats you as a human not just a bankroll I'm looking forward to working with this company so much as they are so far ahead than any other property management company especially with their potential tenants.
