We used Steve to replace out guttering and he was a really nice and friendly guy. The gutter was still Leaking so when we spoke to him he advised we needed the flashing doing as extra so we had that done and paid him. The guttering game loose at the back and we called Steve and he came out and sorted it. When the rains came the guttering was still leaking. We called and text Steve and sent him Videos and he said he would come out to us. Nothing. I called him from My phone and we had a chat and he promised me he would call round after he had finished a bathroom he was working on. Again nothing. This was last November. I feel so disappointed as he seemed a genuine guy. I dont understand how he could take our money and not even care that we have the same issue we had before he had done the job. I would not recommend this company and feel really let down by him. We are going to go through the small Claims court so we can get our Money back and finally get our guttering sorted.
