Very rude and under trained staff. I have been having trouble with my British gas prepayment meter since they changed to pay point only and had to change my top up key with credit on. British gas gave me a code to transfer the credit on to a new key and instructions for the post office employee to transfer the credit. So I went to Abbeygate Nuneaton post office to do as they instructed, I explained the situation to a girl named Megan who said she wouldn't follow what I had been told by British gas and refused to do it. I then said I would ring British gas in front of her so they could confirm how to do it, I then moved aside so she could serve other customers while I was on hold and she looked at the customers waiting behind me and said "it's like talking to a brick wall". I then asked to speak to her manager and she said that they weren't in. Will be advising people to not use Royal Mail from now on and am getting my meter changed next month.

Absolutely useless, been waiting for a bank card for two weeks (usually takes 5 working days) and thanks to the strikes I have no idea when it going to come, and I have no food or anything that bank card comes. Utterly useless, don't care about the public.

Had to post some documents, the pre-paid envelope supplied to me was too small. I bought an envelope and asked if I could use some sellotape to attach the prepaid envelope. I was told no. The operator said she was sorry but I very much doubt she was. She said if everyone came in asking for four peices of sellotape then royal mail would go bust. Again I very much doubt it would. Maybe she has to pay for the sellotape out of her own pocket. Very sad in the world we live in that this particular person decided not to be kind. Economically I'm guessing that the sellotape would have paid for itself many times over with my continued repeat custom. I know it's not always the case, there are people about with both common sense and kindness. Just not today in Nuneaton Post Office.
