        This used to be a great pharmacy really efficient but over the last 12 months the service has really deteriorated to such an extent I am no longer prepared to use them for my regular prescriptions. Despite leaving 3-4 days between ordering and collecting it is necessary to have to wait for the the prescription to be prepared. Last visit took over 20 minutes. Why does it take 2 assistants to be involved in 1 customer issue while a queue is building? COVID has caused retailers issues but most have developed a new equally efficient way of coping. Staff definitely need better training and the duty pharmacist needs to exert better control when it is clear customers are being kept waiting unnecessarily.
