        Getting served, whether for prescription medicine or just a single item from shelf can take a very very long time. Why cannot a major pharmacy like BOOTS employ one other person to look after the number 2 checkout which is never in operation.

        Dont go here the staff are very rude I was talked at about my prescription ended up moving back to the other boots if you want to be treated like youre a child by all means go here

        Prescriptions some times take several days to be ready. Not the best service given.

        Slow. Always a queue to the entrance. Only ever one person serving despite the huge queue. Staff in the dispensary never help serve. Pretty poor customer service.
