Doesnt even deserve a 1 star, the blonde lady at the counter has the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. She looks physically annoyed and angry that youve asked for your prescription. Horrible service, staff there should feel ashamed for how rude they are, particularly as its people who are unwell and isolated so at least have some human decency to smile or even just be kind as this can go a long way.

What's the point of a Web site advertising opening times that are not adhered too. Clearly says open to 6.30. Sign on door says 5.00 due to staff shortages. This is no good once you have made the journey there.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was just served by the rudest woman I think I have ever met. Went in and told them I was there to pick up a prescription and my response was well I need a name??? And everything followed by that was nothing but rude. When arriving, I stood there for 5 minutes whilst the two woman were chatting away about non work related things. I was being completely ignored, and standing doing nothing Also got there to be told my prescription wasnt in stock. Will never be using a Lloyds pharmacy again purely for the fact this one is disgusting!

Absolute saga with this pharmacy. One prescription, with one drug in two different doses. I had to visit 11 separate times and ended up getting charged twice for the same item (because they didn't spot an error with the prescription before filling it). And while this wasn't bad enough some of the people who work there have an awful attitude. I can't wait until the new pharmacy is built and I can stop using this one.
