I wouldnt use anyone else. Sal is amazing and my dog absolutely loves her! Dont let one poor review ruin your own personal experience. My dog is a cocker spaniel, and gets a regular groom aswell as de shedding and shaves during the warmer weather. Sal is so welcoming, and I love having updates from her. She would never do anything without prior consent and always gives her best advice.

Very friendly lady but awful grooming skills! 1) dog not bathed - despite phoning to say she had just bathed and dried and was about to start grooming. 2) when booking appointment I stressed ears must be cleaned - ears were not cleaned 3) nails not clipped -told they had been 4) head SHAVED! And badly! Tufts of hair left! Dog is a poodle mix and shouldve been left with face clean but top of head and back of neck fluffy. Sal assured me she was an experienced groomer of shihtzus. I trusted her with my dog. I ended up taking him to another groomer the following day who spent time doing the jobs Sal had said she had done but hadnt and who also blended in the awful cut on the head. I will never return!

Sal is absolutely fabulous, nothing was too much. I absolutely love the fact the Grooming is all done in a home setting, its warm, and the dogs can have a run round in the garden after their wash! Highly recommend Sal and will 100% return
