After initially being impressed with this store I can only say its gone downhill. The wife has brought her first pair of vari-focals and after trying them they were wrongly made with the bottom part not being big enough, no problem, take them back within the time limit, wrong, manager says the time limit starts when you pay for them. So you have a trial period that starts before you even get the glasses? So first argument begins, then we get the optometrist to sort it, great. Now she still cant get on with the new ones, go back to be told by the same manager that they cant be changed as the trial period now starts from when they were delivered to the shop, doesnt matter that with work you cant pick them up the same day, so again a trial without even having the glasses.Not impressed, expensive lesson learnt, so none of the family will be going back, and Ill not be recommending them to anyone I know.

Customer service is really fantastic. Ordered a pair of glasses . Lenses were not in stock. Spent a while deciding which options were available with various frames/ lenses. Got an early morning phone call next day to say lenses have been delivered and technician has got the glasses ready for collection. Highly recommend Optical People . Very friendly , helpful and professional.
