        Decided not to accept my parcel and have it sent back to sender, this is the day before I went to collect it along with another parcel I knew had arrived. When I got there they said it hadn't arrived yet, which is clearly wrong considering royal mail tracking stated they refused it and sent it back. I won't be trusting them with anything in the future. Really rude to customers too.
