An example of his behaviour that she told me about is;
When she was asked what colour she wanted for her nails and she said "green" the man scrunched up his face and told her "God no, green is a disgusting colour." Then he directed her to a red colour and told her it would be better. As she now felt uncomfortable saying no, she agreed.
I'm very upset that she was treated this way, especially as she was charged 30 for a colour she didn't want, rude behaviour and wonky nails. She didn't want me to say anything as she hates to complain but I only thought it right that this was known about.
