The Arches Bar & Restaurant

My friend and I went here on Saturday evening thinking it was going to be good, boy was I in for a shock, the food looks nothing like the pictures on its sight. You can see from the photo how the food actually looked. My friends burger was burnt and his onion rings were fried to death and hard . My curry was like a gravy with meat in it and I found multiple bay leaves in it, a hard black stick of something, a crunchy black object and a lump of gristle, the so called chilli naan was actually a pizza base thing smothered in butter, the first waitress I spoke to couldn't care less repeating like a parrot " well that's how it is ", the second was more helpful. The chef is clearly not a chef only a cook at best , to be honest he clearly can't cook, overall a disaster and I will never go back. And to add 7 for 3 frozen squid rings as a starter, absolute joke. Steve Ross
