We recently completed the purchase of our new house through Carters and we have to say that Megan, who was acting for the people we purchased from was wonderful throughout the process. Our sale was not an easy one but Megan ensured that communication was maintained for the sale and the purchase and was absolutely relentless and making sure everyone knew where they stood at every step of the process. If you are lucky enough to get Alex Quaid to deal with your conveyancing then you are surely on to a winner. She was nearly always available and always returned my calls as promptly as possible. She worked great with my Solicitors and the buyers and did everything she could sometimes beyond proberly her remit to get a difficult sale through. She kept pestering the buyers solicitor who was very difficult to deal with. I was really pleased with everything and couldn't rate her more highly. The rest of the team were excellent too.

Megan was amazing, she dealt with our sale of our property with a high standard of professionalism. She was able to advise us on the best buyer for us and provided regular updates on the progress. Selling a house is stressful but Megan minimised the stress where possible. Thank you Megan!
