We recently used Hex Energy to have our Air Source Heat Pump serviced. We got a response to our email asking if they could help us very quickly and efficiently. The engineer came on time and spent about 2 hours to check our system. He was very polite, friendly and confident about the work required. We're very satisfied and hope the firm will be able to help us again next year in spite of the distance.

Hex Energy undertook a service of our Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pump and Ecodan Hot Water Tank. From initial contact through to engineers attendance and invoice/reporting paperwork, the service was excellent, efficient, timely and friendly. Hex have installed a brand new ground source heat pump and system for me (2022). They have a thoughtful, knowledgeable and consultative approach to design. The installation went very well and zero disruption occurred whilst the installation of the boreholes and heat pump was being undertaken, the heat pump is running smoothly and efficiently. Hex energy are an honourable and trustworthy company that do the right thing and acted implicitly well throughout the entirety of my project. They have been friendly, approachable, and professional thought-out the entire installation and I will be using them to undertake the servicing and maintenance of my heat pump for many years to come.
