I had Hammonds come to take out an old shower and then put it in a new one. They replaced the underfloor pipework, tray, doors, tiles and shower unit. They were punctual, hardworking and incredibly tidy. They covered the stairs and the hall carpets too so as not to trample in any dust. They took all the old shower stuff away so I didnt have to worry about having to take anything to the dump either. I am very, very happy with the service and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Hammonds to anyone.

Hammonds supplied and fitted a new boiler in a rental property for me. Did a great job at a good price, A pleasure to find a professional, helpful and reasonable service provider. I would recommend and will endeavour to use for all rental property upgrade, service and checks going forward.

I have recently ordered a kitchen which has been delivered apart from a couple of items. I sent a message on their website twice to which I never had a reply. Called head office to which you needed a extension number. Rung another number no answer. All I wanted to do was speak to a person to discuss my issues with. I rung hammonds in Nuneaton which now no longer do kitchens only bedrooms. I spoke to a couple of ladies Pauline and Amy. They couldnt log into anything as they do bedrooms only. But my goodness how amazingly helpful they were. They sent emails made phone calls trying to help me and they didnt have to do this they could have just said ring this number and left it at that. To me these ladies went above and beyond customer service to help me. Thank you both so much for all your help. Youre both a credit to hammonds. I must add though hammonds you need to find an easier way for your customers to contact you as I received nothing back when I sent messages. I was lucky enough I had Pauline and Amy to help me.
