    I joined bootcamp middle of august . The team Alvin and James are amazing they push you when needed and praise you to. You will get the bug and miss it when you don't go . you Will see fast results if you stick to their plan. They will help you make you the best you .

    I started boot camp about 2 months ago and its honestly the best thing I ever did. I go three times a week. The weight is coming off every week and my body shaped has changed dramatically. Im feeling the best Ive ever felt in a long long time. Everyone at the group are really friendly and supportive.

    I wanted to join a bootcamp but couldn't find one suitable for my routine. This fits perfect and it helps the when the coach keeps you going! I'm not really good at sticking to diets but the classes are just perfect for me. No one looks at you in a funny way, I don't feel uncomfortable walking in at 5.55 am in the morning looking a right state and the people who go keep you going as well as the coach Alvin making sure maximum effort is put in. The support is incredible. You also get to make use of mind set sessions for which I had the privilege of my first one this week. I'm not a negative person but have a lot of negativity surrounding me. Alvin was great he listened and it was just so nice to be heard. Sometimes you can talk to people who say they are listening to you but never and only tell you what you want to hear. No not Alvin he will tell you some truth to what you are saying and make you see it in a different way. One thing I walked away with is "you are in control of how you see things" its so in my face and true but no one has ever said that to me. It might sound stupid and some of you reading this may think she's making it up but I feel so relaxed since it and keeping in my mind what was said I feel positive about what's coming.

    Tia's Mum - " Alvin has inspired me to change my life for good. In June this year my colleagues at work spoke about this amazing person they had met and how he was helping them to drop a dress size in 28 days before their holidays. They said I should join bootcamp with them. Feeling unhealthy I knew I wanted to get fit but feared the thought of training intensively with other people. I decided that I would met Alvin and see what programs he had to offer. Following our initial meeting I knew he was the person I wanted to train me so I started July 2018 with my daughter on his 6 week plan. My colleagues at work were so happy as they had made great progress which excited me and made me more determine to start. My husband said he did not believe I would do it so that made me more determine. I started the personal training program with my daughter which included a work out twice a week. Alvin was caring and supportive especially when he learnt my true low ability at the 1st session. In terms of diet, when he said no more diet coke and only water and he would check my fridge I thought I would die- but 5 weeks on and not a diet coke in sight and no crazings for it as Alvin had said. WOW my 1st goal - no coke and 8lb weight loss after the 1st week. My colleagues were so pleased and we chatted progress weekly which also helps and brought us closer together. Alvin is kind thoughtful and so understanding , he listens and never forces you to do anything but reminds you how well you are doing. His positive outlook is amazing and keeps me going. There is no word like I cannot in his book. It may be a struggle but you will overcome it. After 4 weeks on the program I have lost 3 inches from my hips, 2 inches from my waist and 2lbs off 1 and 1/2 stone in weight. Hooray!!! Whats amazing to is I have reduced my insulin dosage by 22 units, I have constantly low blood readings and do not crave sugar. Friends are complementing me on my weight loss and my husband has said how proud he is of me. During week 3 Alvin encouraged me to join bootcamp as well as my personal training and I did it :) I now attend 3 times a week at 6am in the morning which in itself is a miracle. I am so grateful to Alvin as he has helped me on my goal to change for life and improve my health and figure. I dress size in 28 days is 100% correct . I am a shining example. I cannot wait to see my week 5 /then 6 week loss before my holidays. I plan to join up to bootcamp for life next !!!!! Thank You Alvin!!!!!!!!!!! Dawn 2018.

    After losing my get up and go I decided to give bootcamp fm a try. I must admit I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up with everyone and it would be to hard. But Alvin is amazing! He pushes me to keep going and will give me alternative exercises that will work me just as hard but will not damage a existent ankle injury. The session are so much fun and after Alvin is happy to answer the million and one question about food and nutrition I have for him! I'm two weeks in I'm down 5lbs, sleeping better and really fell more energetic. Never thought I'd look forward to working out! Thank you here's to meeting my goals and getting fitter
