        The CNC machines a reasonably build and work fine. The problem is when you have a defect/problem after you bought the machine. We tried to get in contact with them for a couple of months with no reply. The machine started to make a screaching sound, and got worse. Until the machine stopped working at all. We tried to calling them every day, send 2 emails a week, but they still did not reply.
