When your shower is under warranty and malfunctions - not interested. They just 'fob' you off and only when challenged try to 'cover' their tracks. They did forward me a copy of the installation manual however - FOR THE WRONG SHOWER!! Are they really interested - think not. Buy a Mira.

Recent problem with OMNICARE SR pumped shower We have just fitted a new OMNICARE SR pumped shower it was to replace our 4 years old Triton T150z Pumped shower, I attempted to get our 4 year old T150z Pumped shower serviced but was informed by Triton that it was now obsolete and the parts for it were discontinued, I then asked what would be a direct replacement for that shower and was informed that a direct replacement was the OMNICARE SR pumped shower I ordered a new shower from Plumbing World , where we had our first T150z Pumped shower from. This was a little before Christmas 2022, because finding a tradesman to fit it took a while the shower wasnt fitted till Wednesday 08 February 2023 as it was a direct replacement it was an easy job. After finishing the installation we tried the shower and even though the temperature adjustments handle was turned right the way round to maximum temperature it was still only just warm, we only ever had our Triton T150z Pumped shower half way round. And it was nice and warm. Thursday, 09 February 202, I phoned Triton Showers and explained the problem that the temperature of the shower wasnt getting hot enough, the lady who answered asked what temperature the installer had set the level at? when ascertaining that the relevant information was in the operating book instructions, I looked at the details and it clearly stated that the Maximum Temperature Stop mechanism that is supplied and is factory set at a maximum 43 C Approximately the lady didnt say I couldnt increase the Temperature anymore as it was set to a maximum setting of 43 C Approximately I was told it was my fault because I didnt look at the maximum temperature setting when I purchased the shower, I asked where the details would be and was told it was in the installation `instructions, I explained the obvious that the details are in the booklet supplied with the shower, then I was told it would have to be sorted out by the shop and it wasnt the problem of Triton showers. After looking through the operating book instructions, to see what it said in relation to my problem, I again phoned Triton showers, and eventually after getting through, and again being given the its not our problem spiel, I asked to speak to the manager I was informed SHE would phone me later. I explained that before purchasing the OMNICARE SR pumped shower I had contacted Triton and asked what and was a direct replacement for our T150z Pumped shower and I was told OMNICARE SR pumped shower was the shower that I needed. Yes the fitting of the plumbing was the same the electrical terminals were the same but the shower doesnt get hot enough and Triton Showers are not responsible for the fact that they have limited the temperature of the shower to a temperature lower than the last Triton Shower we purchased. I wont be buying Triton Again!!!!!!!!!

Instaflow Instantaneous Water Heater - Single Point if I could put zero stars I would. Barely able to heat up to cool never mind hot even when the mains water is already at a reasonable temp. That's at a trickle. Utter waste of 119. Do not buy.
