I would not give this company even one star! This is perfect example of ANTIcompany - been there for nearly 3 months and fixed on daily bases everything I went thru without even getting 1p. more for my efforts not only for Milling department but for Turning too. After one week I became supervisor for Milling department - no appendix to my contract in writting and no extra money. Using HOBBY MACHINES to machine INCONEL material and expecting to get sizes withing 5 microns tolerance. Nearly everybody works with their own clothes and trainers (no safety shoes), no changing room, no organisation for machining whatsoever - everybody breakes tools and holders then hiding it, there is missing fixtures and clamps. I was the only one to update programs. Jobs done before was to be done again from scratch because of this. For this period I saw a lot of workers come and go. Strongly not recommended. THEY DID NOT PAY ME LAST SALARY EVEN AND NO DOCUMENTS SENT!

I will give 5 star to this company. The working environment, Management and the supervising team are really great to interact. They have a good planing section from top to bottom. Most important thing I noticed is, they respect you for your efforts.

Honestly money hungry weirdos. They do not treat staff well and blame them for mistakes beyond their control. Managers get access to bonuses while workers (who actually do the jobs) get nothing. Expect other employees with experience to train others while not receiving anything more for doing so.
