        Having recently dealt with Cocks Lloyd and their Dispute Resolution team, I was extremely thankful for the support and assistance they provided during my shareholder exit process. They were clear and efficient with their communication and I would happily use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services for any commercial requirements.

        Can't recommend enough, after using for both sale and purchase. Having started the process of my property sale a few weeks before I found a property to purchase, and with us relocating a few hours away, I was keen to catch up to complete both at the same time and as quickly as possible. With the help of Sarah and Ravi we managed to complete in 14 weeks from offer on my purchase, Sarah has been brilliant from start to finish, and Ravi really pushed to progress for my targeted completion date since starting! Ravi picked up on an issue the sellers solicitors has done wrong and worked magic with the agents to get a resolve!I can't thank you both enough! Thank you again!
