        I ordered a week ago payment was taken, no sign of shipment nor can I get hold of someone by email or phone trying several times throughout the week few times a day. Is this firm legit??

        Went in to order oak beam for fireplace . Excellent service and stuart was very helpful ordered and collected same day.

        Ordered a mantel and was cancelled. Refund was prompt but they did not provide any explanation for the cancellation nor do they pick up the phone or respond to emails. The customer service was frankly non-existent.
