        Firstly boaters beware this IS the head office and is NOT a retail outlet! However Katy sold me some marine oil at discount during lockdown so my journey was made worthwhile making me one happy chappy!

        The measure of good customer service, is not that everything is 100%, but how problems are resolved. I had an issue with a pump (completely out of the control of Midland Chandlers), yet received excellent customer service, help and advice from Kevin, who not only resolved the issue, but arranged for a suitable alternative to be shipped to me the next day and arranged collection of the other. Absolutely fantastic service, second to none. I will not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to all. thank you!
