Cheeky Monkeys Day Nursery & Playcentre

Been going here since my son was a baby and he's now 7. Unfortunately will be the last time we attend as it's going down hill. I know times are hard and businesses are struggling but the food today was disgusting. We asked for it to be taken away completely untouched apart from one bite of burger and all's we got was a sorry and told they don't eat burgers so they wouldn't know if they were nice or not. The burgers used to be lovely for the price, haven't had one for a while which is why we ordered and the quality was the lowest of the low, I could get nicer from a burger van for 3.50 they were very cheap frozen burgers completely tasteless, dry and inedible so we paid 17.50 and still had to go and pay to get lunch afterwards from somewhere else. EDIT: Thankyou Steve for taking the time to reply, the onion rings were on there I'd just taken them off. The burger did used to be really nice and these definitely weren't the burgers I have had in the past from yourselves even though the member of staff did say you haven't changed supplier the burgers have definitely changed else I never would have ordered these knowing the quality/taste. The ones I remember were very good meaty thick quality and well worth the money. Never had a problem with food up until today and it has always been lovely. We did address is with a member of staff who could clearly see we hadn't touched our food and immediately asked for it to be taken away. May I suggest all staff are trained to react to these situations in future if they occur where the staff ask if there is anything they can do to rectify the situation or suggest they send over their manager for the guest to speak with. Absolutely love cheeky monkeys, it's big enough for my two over 5's but small enough my two under 4's can access everything without help. Food is lovely and the staff are always friendly. Reasonably priced too

We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here for 27 children. The staff worked tirelessly and were amazing from start to finish. It made everything so easy for us. We were so happy we chose it for our party.

We booked Cheeky Monkey for my daughter's 4th birthday and the experience could not have been better. The staff were amazing and set up everything for us. We had our own decorations as my daughter wanted princesses and superheros. The food was good and catered for my daughter's dairy intolerance without issue. You would not have know her's was different. She loved that her burger had a special little flag in it. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you for helping to make a little girl very happy and two parents very relaxed.
