        Great after sales service. Had a fault with unit under guarantee, called service dept, fault was diagnosed and part arrived 2 days later. All working fine now. Thank you Andy.

        Called 3 times to book an engineer call back to arrange a service was told Warretie works takes preference !! So Im guessing there so busy with Warreties thats why it keeps breaking done absolutely rubbish service

        I had a small manufacturing fault on a heater I bought from Thermobile. Thier after sales service was quite simply perfect and the heater, although more expensive than some competitors is a very high quality product.
