        I was enjoying my shopping experience when unfortunately as I was being served my cashier (A woman named Vas) Made a rude and unnecessary comment about my appearance my nose piercing in particular making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed as others were around to hear this.

        Customer service here is extremely appalling and embarrassing. My wife and I booked a flu jab through their website for 1:00 pm Friday 20-Jan-23 but got told by a clueless bimbo at the pharmacy counter that they don't have flu jabs and she doesn't know why does their website have flu jab appointments. The pharmacist didn't even bother coming to us to have a word and just kept passing messages to the brainless shop assistant that was serving us. These people are absolutely rude and pathetic.

        Had to go into Savers after Superdrug for an item which Superdrug did not have in stock. Discovered Listerine 'Nightly Reset' was 2.99 in Savers .Had paid5.99 in Superdrug! Ripped off!
