Told the lad I wouldnt let him do anything that I hadnt tried so signed myself up for a class. First one was free aswell people. Straight away your welcomed and involved not pushed into anything all is at a pace that feels amazing and gets you wanting more.
When you go back the welcome is still there the people interact with you more it feels great and you will be back over and over again.
Cant praise the Coaches for Andre Ramos BJJ enough and the people from BST are also welcoming and friendly great place to go to get yourself on a new journey
