Ae staff amazing but giving 1star due to acute medical unit .Appalling care didnt even know what they were treating my grandson for .Ae were convinced he had crohns going to move him to another hospital but another member of staff came on said oh its just infection.From time my grandson was in acute unit didnt tell us much .Son in law had to sit on floor no chair .Name on outside of room hadnt been changed .One lovely nurse on duty when we came to visit .Just shame everything else lets you down .

Staff are very kind and try to be helpful, some absolute gems on the wards especially, resources sadly seem to be a struggle however and wait times are a few hours at least, even for urgent care

GU service at Hathaway Centre at Stratford Hospital (managed by George Eliot) is dreadful. They have previously repeatedly cancelled and rearranged appointments and they dont answer the phone when you call. I managed to get a message through to them via a different department at Stratford Hospital and was contacted by an extremely rude woman who accused me of phoning the wrong number. I was phoning the right number but they were not answering so I was forced to try an alternative way of getting a message through. Do not use this service, use the CWPT one.
