Such a sad time with dad passing away and then making the funeral arrangements. I was dreading going to Devalls, not knowing what to expect when myself and sisters walked through the door. Straight away I felt more at ease. Michelle sat with us and made the arrangements. She's so lovely and professional as is everyone. Yesterday, the day of the funeral arrived and I/we can't speak more highly of Devalls and all the staff. Absolutely everything and everyone were faultless. Thank you all so very much x

I have recently used Duvalls for a stone pillow for my Dads internment. I live out of the area so had to conduct all business by phone and email. The arrangements were made many months ago to coincide when my brother and niece could be in the country as they live abroad. I was provided with all the information to make me choice and then given a dead down of deadlines which all were kept to. I was emailed pictures of the finished product. As the time drew nearer I confirmed final details of the day with Andy who personal prepared the site and waited for us to arrive. He gave us as much time as needed and then returned to complete the process and lay the beautiful stone and clean the original plot. Obviously this was a very upsetting occasion for the family and worrying dealing with a company across the country, however we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Andy went above and beyond providing some fresh flowers to set in the stone and was very respectful and supportive of our needs. Value wise, I have no idea whether this was value for money or in line with others but we were more than happy with how we were treated. Overall they made a difficult time more bearable and thats incredibly important at these times
