Kelli created the most beautiful floral display for our Sons wedding at Wootton Park on the 28th June. The brief was specifically English flowers, green and white. The craftsmanship of the displays and the care and expertise with which they were installed at the venue was awe inspiring. Kelli was prompt on the day and appeared without fuss, placed each of the fabulous displays in their chosen setting, checked to see that we were totally satisfied and left us with a most unforgettable sea of flowers. Kelli was a total joy to work with and provided advice regarding the choice of flowers and her work was marvelled at by all of our guests. We thank you Kelli for taking so much time to make everything perfect.

Honestly one of the best I have had to deal with in good times and bad. She is friendly very professional and never been let down. Ordered from here more times than I can count and never been let down or disappointed. I found her on Facebook and saw her high standards.

APPALLING Customer Care. Happy to take your money, not happy when you leave a review detailing them being 3hrs late on our Wedding Day, flowers that didn't last much past 2 hours - petals had fallen off before we'd had the wedding breakfast and vases supplied as the top table decoration were too small for the flowers they were meant to hold. Made it quite clear publicly how disappointed they were in us as paying clients for not being happy with the service we received and for detailing the issues in our review. Isn't that what a review is for - to rate your experience with a business or product. Never mind that it was our WEDDING DAY and that we were disappointed. Customer Care is paramount and the most important part of running a small business. To have the cheek to publicly tell us what we - the bride and groom should have done to rectify the errors on the day, ourselves, during our Wedding Breakfast and in front of our guests is beyond me. The presentation of the flowers when received, doesn't even come into the equation any more. The way that our feedback was dealt with speaks louder than everything else.
