One of the best chippys in Nuneaton. Staff are friendly and quick to serve, my visit was less than five minutes. Food is great Quality, not greasy at all. The food portions are good for value. Gluten free food is offered. They accept card, minimum spend of 7.00. Ample parking, free parking. There is a cash machine outside the post office. The chippy has a coffee machine which is a nice touch. Highly recommend this chippy.

put in a great review of this place when they were taken over by the present owners. The food was piping hot and fresh However recently (February)I ordered 18+ worth of food to be delivered and chose the 6.00-6.15 time slot. Arrived at 6.30. Everything was cold. I chose from the gluten free menu battered mushrooms expecting crispy battered button mushrooms and got 1 large soggy mushroom with little to no batter on and the bit that was battered looked raw not crispy at all. I took photos and after heating our chips I contacted chip shop to complain. Received no reply so contacted again the next day to give them the opportunity to justify sending out cold soggy food and if they are happy with their product but again I have had no reply so I have no option but to give a scathing review of not only the poor service and poor quality food but also poor customer relations. They obviously dont care what is sent out or if you are happy or not. Ironically it says at the bottom of the order contact us immediately if there is a problem. Whats the point of you dont acknowledge? Wont be using them again and wouldnt recommend to anyone either until they get back to basics of putting their clientele first and having some pride in the food they are sending out. Waste of money
