Research Garage Fiat/Abarth

I financed a Fiat 500E in early February, quickly came to realise the car was not what it seemed, I went back to the dealership within the first 4 days regarding the issues and was brushed off. I had to fight to sell the car back, the Sales guy Craig was lovely at first but when I came back his attitude changed completely, I enquired on another car and was told "I'm to busy to help" I reached out a lady called Yasmin, who went through all the finance originally... I had to call the finance company myself and ask them what my options were as the dealership wouldn't respond to me, they said I could sell the car back to Research Garage, once I told this information to Yasmin, I was told she would get back to me by the end of the day, I called everyday for 4 days and was told "I will get back to you by the end of the day, I am waiting for our Managing Director" I called on the fourth day as I still hadn't heard anything and I got an long email 1 minute before closing time with the options I had, I was furious with this as I knew if I was to respond I wouldn't get a reply till the morning and the email certainly wasn't put together 1 minute before closing. I sold the car back and met the Managing Director, he was very good and kept the situation calm, I cannot fault him. I am now out of pocket massively, definitely will not be returning to this garage! Beware!!! Staff are all very helpful until you have a problem.

I have driven 3 Fiat 500's over the past 13 years and they are lovely fun cars. I only changed to a different car as needed a larger car. Fiat Research Nuneaton have always been so helpful. Thank you so much to Ashley Draper for being so helpful when I recently sold my car back to Fiat Research.

Brilliant car dealership. An example of how things should be done. Very professional but very warm and welcoming. Every staff member I dealt with was really lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Id even asked to collect my car a day earlier than scheduled and they exceeded my expectations and pulled out all the stops to ensure I was able to. It seemed nothing was too much to ask. Blake was just 10/10, he was exceptional from the start. From reserving my car online, giving me all the necessary information in my purchase, to when I collected the car. Genuinely cant fault anything about my experience. Really happy with the car too. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Reasearch Garage kept our vehicle for over 170 days citing 'we are so busy right now' we can't do the work right away. We then paid C10000.00 for the privilege of their services. There were post repair issues, albeit minor, however, when approached regarding these matters, the customer service and assistance was nothing short of abruptly dismissive, defensive, denying and downright rude. Avoid at all possible costs. Appalling customer service levels any comments will be met with a brick wall of denial. I feel so sorry for future customers who unwittingly fall fowl of this establishment.

Research Garage, Nuneaton - impressive FIAT dealership which sold us a Panda. Sales process simple and friendly. A few minor issues sorted out efficiently. Communication excellent. Happy customer. Can thoroughly recommend. Thank you.
