From first ringing as an emergency was seen with in an hour... so efficient. Was given the help and information needed can't thank the dentist enough.. And a huge huge thank you to everyone behind the reception desk... From the call to the help with the prescription... i can't thank you enough.. My first abscess and left with peace of mind.. so again a huge thank you.

Thankyou for emergency appointment. The lovely meghan and dentist, even the receptionists were so great. I had a tooth pulled due to abcess, and I'm a nervous patient, made it all quick and easy for me thankyou again much appreciated

Highly recommended never turn you away always make sure they can fit you in if you have a problem even though you may have to wait unlike other dentist lovely receptionist and very helpful

AVOID! RUDE DENTIST AND RECEPTIONIST. I went to this dental practice for my son to attend his appointment on Saturday, 15 April 2023. The appointment time was given for 3:00pm and I arrived at the dentist at around 2:45pm and then had to wait an extra 30 minutes from the appointment time (3.30pm) due to the lack of time management from the dentist. I had an appalling experience with the receptionist in the first place - she was utterly rude and the way of talking to the patient was blunt and passive aggressive with one/two word answers. I was then further dissatisfied with the dentist (Not sure what her name was, she looked South Asian) to her impolite and unwelcoming demeanour. I strongly believe she needs to re-evaluate how she speaks to the patients as when I was in there I was shown nothing but passive aggressiveness and a terrible attitude from her. As a dentist you and I both know they have to be comforting and she was quite the opposite. Every single person has their prestige and they all deserve a form of respect. She showed me 0. Overall, appalling service and I would certainly not recommend this dental practice to even my worst enemy.
