Henry's Day Nursery Limited

Unfortunately we've had a very negative experience, my daughters first nursery and I was left so disappointed. My daughters would not settle, cried as soon as she saw the nursery, manager Sarah is extremely rude and doesn't let you speak. Staff definitely intimidated, unsure, awkward. Gave them 4 weeks notice, now been 6 weeks and still waiting for photos that they apparently have of my daughter. At the end I have received a folder with very little in it , so disappointed honestly. I was told different information from different staff regarding her photos... I will not recommend it, my daughter attends a different nursery and goes in happy and comes out happy and has only been there for 2 weeks which just shows. This nursery is definitely way too expensive.

Absolutely terrible nursery . No duty of care for the kids. The kids are just left and no communication with kids . Staff sitting around and not interacting with the children. The food they supply is not great . My child was terrified to go there she was screaming in the morning and never wanted to go . We pulled her out after 2 weeks . That just shows you when youre kids are terrified then there is an underlying problem that needs to be sorted out . Would never recommend this nursery to anyone.

My granddaughter used to go here the staff are very friendly and the children have lots of activities it is very safe
