        Very rubbish. Dropped the parcel at a different house without telling me or leaving a note. Package exposed to rain and potential theft for 6 hours. I would discourage anyone from using this courier.

        This bogus courier firm sent me an email last week to say I was due a delivery which I was not expecting. However, when I tracked the delivery they reported on the tracker that the item had been delivered to me with an image of my alleged signature! Dont know what kind of scam theyre pulling but you did not deliver anything to me and therefore I couldnt have signed to say Ive received it!

        I had a problem with an outstanding parcel, I phoned at 3pm and within the hour it was re arranged for delivery to a new address the same working day. Great service Suzanne.
