        Placed order online which has still not arrived when I tracked parcel it has been with Evri 10 days and still not marked as out for delivery, not impressed.

        Exercise extreme caution when ordering online with Holland and Barrett. Payment processing is efficient. Delivery is unreliable and delays are inevitable. Customer service is deplorable. In summary a very poor service meriting zero stars.
