When you have staff coming out accosting the public it looks bad, then when asked if they have work to go and do they reply "we have no work" should you not reassess your staffing needs and streamline as needed????

Possibly the worst Company I have had any dealings with. Trying to speak to someone is virtually impossible as their "Automated Assistant" is just a joke. I had a parcel sent from Canada to the UK which attracted Taxes etc. which I paid immediately. Many days later the Customs released my parcel and FedEx delivered it. Today, nearly 4 weeks after receipt, I have had a letter demanding I pay the Taxes and telling me they will take me to Court even though by their own rules they would not deliver any parcel unless Taxes were paid first. I have paid this. I cannot get through to anyone to discuss this. Fedex are just a joke. I will enjoy going to Court if this happens and expose them in the Press.

The law is simple for a contract to exist there must be 3 limbs 1. Offer 2. Acceptance 3. Consideration ( payment) If any if these are missing with a party there is no contract. FedEx you cannot invoice where there is no offer and DEFINITELY no acceptance.

Absolutely awful experience.Took me a week to actually get thru to someone human to pay a bill because the website was constantly down. And when I did get thru was not a department where I could pay over the phone. Give them some credit because they rang me back the same day. It also cost me 10 in premium rate phone calls to actually pay the bill. Would really give FedEx no stars.

Booked 2 parcels with FedEx Next Day Express. Dropped off at nearest Collect+ at 10:30am on 19th December and according to FedEx tracking 5 days later on 24th December they still don't have the parcels! So I don't know where they are or how long it will take to get to their destinations, if they ever get there at all. These were for Christmas, hence booking a next day courier and now I'm not hopeful they will ever arrive. Looking (sadly, belatedly) at the reviews for FedEx I have to wonder why Interparcel are using such an inept and untrustworthy "courier ". I used to use Interparcel regularly when they used UPS and never had any problems, but if they are going to continue to partner with FedEx then I will not be using them ever again. UPDATE 30/01/23 Still no sign of my packages 5 weeks after dropping them off for collection!!! Tracking still says "pending". Interparcel claimed they had passed my information on to FedEx but had no response from FedEx at all. Tried contacting Interparcel again to chase and no replies to any of my emails. Just took my money, and my parcels along with any faith I ever may have had with either company. Absolutely appalling customer service from both Interparcel and FedEx. I will never use again and I advise anyone to steer well clear of them - your parcels will never be seen again!! Just a bunch of lying thieves!! They deserve 0 stars.
