Turned up to do a simple parcel drop off using packageless option. "Yeah it says packageless but its not... Have you got something you could put it in?" Strangely no I haven't, as its packageless as per the service you advertise. Best part is that the only reason I'm at this branch is because the one nearest me sent me there as they'd run out of labels. If you're going to offer a service. Actual deliver it. If something fails, try being apologetic and offering a solution you know like an actual business that gives a monkeys about its customers. Your sarcastic "have a nice day" as you send another poor sap away having failed to send a parcel, is not helpful and demonstrates that you do this a lot. Have some shame about just how poor your customer service is. If you hate the job so much, leave it, times are hard and real, hardworking people would jump at the chance to do a better job.
