1 member of staff working on the till, no other staff in! Queue from front of the shop to the back. Stock levels low, dirty shelves where no stock available. Another shop blaming covid for their downfalls instead of poor management!

Lighting is very low but if you are looking to get stationary or even books I would suggest WHSmith as a good place to go!

Used a voucher for our daughters birthday, the staff messed it up and could only use part of the gift card and then we were left with half the amount unusable, didnt offer nothing to make up for it, not acceptable! Avoid!
