        I highly recommend store, staff is always nice and polite. Unfortunately Post office made bad impression. I ordered parcel to the post office, had all information needed with me. Woman behind window was rude. She didn't listen to what I had to say, kept interrupting every sentence. She said I need red card to collect it, I tried to explain her that parcel was ordered to post office not to my address. Once I gave up she put closed sing 10 minutes before closing time. I had to make trip to Royal mail depot so they could issue red card for me but guess what. I didn't need red card to collect my parcel

        The lady on post reject my mails. She says post office don't accept drop of mail printed at home by click and drop. I have contacted Royal Mail and they advise me that is absolutely not true. This post branch need more knowledge about what they do
