We most certainly recommend Carpenter Surveyors who have produced a first class Level 2 Homebuyers report for a property in Tamworth my brother is buying. They were fast and efficient. (Which is important if offers need to be speedily adjusted !) All initial efforts went into gaining access to the empty property and they achieved this without delay. The report itself was thorough and so too the useful recommendations (many were important issues we would not even have thought about), and further links for remedies if required. We are very reassured

I found Carpenter Surveyors through the RICS website after using a previous surveyor (not a good experience). I wished I had found them first! I booked the survey with Emma who, from the outset was friendly, professional, polite and helpful. If you left a message you were called back. The Surveyor, Stephen, was also excellent. The completed Level 2 report was very clear to understand. None of that jargon where you can't work out exactly what they mean when referring to property points and you have to call to get clarification. Stephen also identified a roof issue in a property I was going to purchase. Needless to say I did not purchase it! I was so happy with their service I used them again and received a discount. The after care service was also brilliant as Stephen responded to any further questions promptly via email before I proceeded with the purchase. You definitely felt that they cared about the complete service they were providing. Thank you also to Tracey, who forwarded the final report. Good old fashioned customer service at it's best. I definitely recommend. Thank you.

Carpenter Surveyors provided an excellent service every step of the way even after the survey had been completed and I still had further questions. The survey they provided is very detailed and contained lots of beneficial information and further checks/quotes to gather before completing on a property. Would definitely recommend and will use again if buying a property around Coventry!

We are purchasing a property to be our new home. We contacted Carpenters to carry out a survey for us. We had not purchased a propertty for many years and felt daunted. The Web site is very helpful. It was easy to engage Carpenters and they arranged the appointment through the Sellers Agent to carry out the survey. The report came through quickly and was thorough. We were also able to easily arrange a follow up call with the surveyor as we had a couple of queries. I found all contacts to be friendly and efficient. I would happily recommend them.
