We had a selection of hot buffet rolls for an evening party which everybody thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was set up very professionally with everything being included in the price, nothing more was needed. The quality of the food was excellent as was the whole service.

We hired crow hill's premier pig roast to cater for my fathers special birthday occasion, all the food provided was delicious, fresh and fantastic value for money. Both staff members where very friendly and accommodating, and the guests of the party cant praise them enough. Special thank you to Lee for arranging this all for me and making it possible xx

We hired Crowhill Premier Pig Roast to cater for our wedding. In summary: Pros: - one of the cheapest quotes we got - the food itself was very yummy Cons: - the team set up in the wrong place so guests had to go outside the venue to be served rather than the table being inside the hall as discussed. This could have been a miscommunication on my part. - the team were incredibly slow serving the food so that it took over 2hrs for 120 people to be served, I felt so bad for the people on the second half of tables. - we had paid for a range of salads to be served alongside the hog roast, but despite the fact that the servers were dishing out portions themselves the salads ran out after less than 1/3 of the guests had been served. The team provided no solutions to this and in the end my Dad and the best man had to drive to a local shop to buy as much extra salad as the local coop could offer! All of this created a huge stress for the wedding party on the day. Overall, the service was less reliable than we had hoped but the hog roast itself was very good value per portion of meat.

They asked me to remove my review.. This is a service provided by crowhill butchers, who sell frozen new zealand lamb as fresh british lamb. They even wrap the empty boxes in bin bags before putting in the skip to avoid getting caught! As a local guide, I always make sure my reviews are relevant and factual. If the main business does that, then this service provided by them is also dodgy. The review stands and is 100% relevant. Original review: "Rude owners, frozen defrosted meat from abroad, sold as fresh British Frank Parkers is far superior, worth the trip over there." You do not deserve 5 star reviews, scamming people with frozen meat, and selling them low fat sausages with the same amount of fat as the other sausages, is shady. I have reported them to trading standards before, but sadly the business is too small to be of interest to them. It's up to you where you get your meat, I just think it's important people know the facts, especially when food is involved. Kind regards, A voice from Nuneaton.
